monkeQUIZ (the "App") is provided by Roval Apps Inc. ("Roval", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use monkeQUIZ for your own non-commercial entertainment, on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. This licence does not transfer any ownership of the App to you.
monkeQUIZ is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, you should review and accept these terms together with a parent or guardian, who agrees to be responsible for your use of the App.

If the App lets you create or submit content — such as public topic packs — you are responsible for what you submit. You agree that your content will not be unlawful, offensive, hateful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, and that you have the right to share it.
By submitting content you grant Roval a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within the App so other players can enjoy it. We may review, moderate, or remove any content at our discretion, and may suspend access for anyone who abuses these rules.
The App and everything in it — including the monkeQUIZ name, the Momo mascot, logos, artwork, design, and original trivia content — is owned by Roval Apps Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of it without our written permission.
monkeQUIZ is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Trivia questions and answers are for entertainment and may occasionally contain errors or simplifications.
We don't promise the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. And while it's a running joke, we'll say it plainly: Roval is not responsible for any rivalries, sulking, or ruined friendships that result from a particularly brutal round.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roval Apps Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Because monkeQUIZ is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it — which is nothing.
You can stop using monkeQUIZ at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the App. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
These terms are between you and Roval Apps Inc. only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. In the unlikely event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top, and your continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in British Columbia will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
